TERMS OF SERVICE.

TRIARO is operated by Ángel Porras Pardo, an individual trading under the name TRIARO (tax ID 06597422X), Calle Manzano 3, 28224 Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid, Spain. Contact: angelpor.business@gmail.com. In these Terms, "TRIARO", "we" and "us" mean that operator. Full details are on the Business information page.

These Terms apply when you use TRIARO and when you buy TRIARO Full Access. By creating an account or making a purchase you accept them.

You must be 18 or over to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping your sign-in details confidential, and for activity under your account. If you think someone else has access to it, tell us at angelpor.business@gmail.com.

An account is for one person. Full Access belongs to the account it was bought on and cannot be transferred.

Free: the Starting Point assessment and its result — your readiness orientation, athlete profile, main limiters and first priorities.

TRIARO Full Access: your personalised roadmap to race day, weekly training plans for swim, bike, run and strength, session detail, the Plan Adjuster, progress tracking, race-week preparation, the learning library and your athlete profile.

Plans are produced by fixed, rule-based logic from the answers you give; the same answers always produce the same plan. TRIARO does not use generative AI, and no person reviews your individual plan. TRIARO is a web application: you need a current browser and an internet connection, and there is nothing to install.

TRIARO Full Access costs €69, paid once. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no automatic renewal. €69 is the total you pay. Nothing is added at checkout. Payment is taken by our payment provider, Stripe, on its secure checkout page; TRIARO never receives your card details.

The contract is made when your payment is confirmed. Full Access is added to your account immediately, and we email you a confirmation of your order.

How long access lasts. One-time payment. No subscription. Access remains available for as long as TRIARO continues to operate the service. Where we describe this as "lifetime access", that is what it means: access for as long as TRIARO operates the service — not for any particular person's lifetime, not a promise that the service will run forever, and not ownership of the software. You can export your data from your account at any time.

Full Access is an online service that starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. Before paying, you are asked to make the following request by ticking a box that is never pre-ticked:

“I request immediate access to TRIARO Full Access and understand that starting the service during the withdrawal period may affect my statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.”

Your order confirmation email confirms this request. How starting the service affects any right of withdrawal depends on the law that applies to you, and nothing here removes a right that law gives you. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law. In particular, if Full Access does not work as described, you are entitled to have the problem put right and, where the law provides, to a price reduction or a refund. Any term that is unenforceable against you does not apply, and the rest of these Terms continue.

You agree not to:

• share your account, or resell, publish or redistribute the paid content;
• copy the training content or planning logic to build a competing product;
• try to access another person's account or data, or any part of the system you are not authorised to use;
• disrupt, overload or probe the service, or extract its content by automated means;
• enter another person's personal data, or medical information about anyone, including yourself.

We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach. If we do, we will tell you why, and any rights you have under section 6 are unaffected.

TRIARO, its interface, training and educational content, planning logic and original imagery belong to the operator or are used with permission. Full Access gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use TRIARO and your plan for your own training. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

Your own data — your answers and your training records — remains yours. You can download it at any time from your account.

TRIARO provides training plans and general information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, not clearance to exercise, and not live coaching. It cannot guarantee that you will finish an event, reach a particular time or avoid injury. You decide whether a session is right for you on the day, and you are responsible for training safely, including in traffic and open water. Please read the Disclaimer.

We work to keep TRIARO available, but maintenance and outages happen and we cannot promise uninterrupted access. We will improve and change TRIARO over time — adding content, fixing problems, and making changes needed for security or legal reasons.

We will not remove or materially reduce a feature you paid for without a valid reason and reasonable notice. Where a change is materially to your disadvantage, you may end the contract, and any refund the law provides applies.

We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer law.

You can stop using TRIARO at any time and delete your account permanently from your account. Deleting your account ends your access and removes your training data. It is not a refund request; refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there.

If something goes wrong, please contact angelpor.business@gmail.com first — most issues are resolved that way.

These Terms carry a version and a date, and we keep a record of which version you accepted and when. If we change them materially, we will tell you before the change takes effect. A change never applies retroactively to a purchase already made.
